No worries, cutie! If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This helps us keep prices low and offer free shipping just for you! The rest of your order is floating your way and should arrive within the standard delivery timeframe. 💖

Most orders arrive within 10–20 days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll have the option to upgrade to faster shipping if you're in a hurry to get your cuteness! ✨

💔 Can I get a refund?
Our items are often made-to-order just for you, so we can only offer refunds for:

  • 📦 Lost packages (after 60 days)

Sadly, we can’t offer refunds for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse 💭 — but don’t worry! Every product has a detailed size chart to help you choose your perfect fit. Please include photos for any damaged items so we can help quickly and fairly 💕
